Appointed financial professional – As a financial professional appointed with Sun Life, you will register with your Social Security number and Producer ID or Policy number. Once registered, you will gain access to the site and your client accounts.

Distributor support staff –If you are not appointed with Sun Life, but you are a member of the staff of a distributor of Sun Life's products under the direction and supervision of an appointed financial professional, you will register using a "Firm" password provided to you by Sun Life. Once registered, you will gain access to the site.
